Biography: born in Moscow, Russia; grew up in Dalnegorsk, Primorsky Krai in the Russian Far East. Currently lives in Irkutsk, Russia.

Education: 

  • MS in Ecology, Irkutsk State University, 2008. 
  • Graphic Designer, Irkutsk State Agrarian University, 2018

Olga has more that 20-years’ experience in environmental protection and human health risk assessment. She used to be a Project Coordinator of Rudnaya River Valley Lead Health Risk Reduction Program in Russia in 2005-2010 for Far Eastern Environmental Health Fund. In 2016-2019 Olga was a consultant for Lead Health Risk Reduction Project of Pure Earth Blacksmith Institute in Sovetskoe, Kyrgyzstan.

Olga has vast experience in the development of environmental educational programs for children and adults. Her education and awareness materials are used in Russia, India, Kyrgyzstan, and Georgia. 

Olga is a leader and volunteer in many public, social, environmental and political activities. She is a regional coordinator of the Russian Civil Initiative for free education and medicine. Olga used to be a leader of a Civil Initiative Group to help the homeless people in Irkutsk; active participant in the Baikal movement against the construction of the oil pipeline along the shore of Lake Baikal.
